    Job Title: Carpenter

    Job Description

    Join our team as a skilled carpenter, working from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will have the opportunity to work independently in a commercial setting, traveling between various job sites using a company vehicle, which requires a Class-E license. The projects can range from short-term tasks to assignments lasting over three weeks and involve a wide array of carpentry and construction work.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform service carpentry tasks in commercial settings.

    + Install doors, frames, and hardware efficiently.

    + Conduct sheetrocking and drywall patching as needed.

    + Lay concrete pads and handle small concrete projects.

    + Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints effectively.

    + Maintain a high standard of workmanship in all tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in carpentry, particularly finish carpentry.

    + Proficiency in commercial construction and service carpentry.

    + Ability to install doors, frames, and hardware accurately.

    + Skilled in sheetrocking, drywall, and concrete work.

    + Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in commercial or industrial construction settings.

    + Possession of a Class-E driver’s license.

    + Familiarity with small-scale commercial construction projects.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
