Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mechanics to join our team, with openings available in Harlingen and Corpus Christi. The primary focus will be working on generators in these areas, involving both A/C and D/C power systems. This role requires interfacing with controls software using a laptop, as well as engaging in training to enhance generator knowledge.

Responsibilities

+ Must be able to travel 90%

+ Work with a wide range of A/C power systems, including 120/240v single phase and 277/480v three phase.

+ Handle D/C controls ranging from 12v to 24v.

+ Interface with controls software using a laptop.

+ Participate in training programs to improve generator knowledge.

+ Use basic hand tools and electrical meters for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on generators.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of commercial generator experience or 7+ years of extensive residential experience.

+ Experience working with laptop to interface with controls software.

+ Valid Driver's License.

+ Mechanical and electrical experience on generators.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Participation in fast-tracked EGSA and Generac Industrial training.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with one opening in Corpus Christi, servicing the area including the valley, Corpus, Victoria, San Antonio and South Texas region. The role involves travel within these regions to service and maintain equipment. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to various conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $79040.00/yr.
