    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to work the night shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with the option for voluntary overtime. Initial training will take place on the first shift for a period of 6-8 weeks.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload EDM machines efficiently.

    + Set up machines according to specifications.

    + Conduct basic manufacturing tasks to ensure smooth operation.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, machine operation, and general labor

    + Must have 6 months of machine operator experience

    + Proficiency in general production tasks is advantageous.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in two buildings. Building 1 houses the grind department, hot forging department, and quality inspection. Building 2 includes the compaction department, consolidation department, assembly, shipping and receiving, and engineering. The dress code is casual and safety-focused.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Traverse City, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
