Packager – 1st Shift | $18-19/hr

_| Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM_

_Initial Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (First Two Weeks)_

What You’ll Do

+ Package and assemble products according to work instructions

+ Move materials throughout the warehouse and assembly areas

+ Receive incoming items and create accurate shipping orders

+ Use UPS, FedEx, and other carriers to ship packages

+ Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

+ Operate pallet jacks and follow safety protocols

+ Keep work areas clean and organized

+ Support additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

+ Experience with packaging, order picking, and inventory handling

+ Familiarity with RF scanners and labeling software

+ Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)

+ Understanding of shipping, receiving, and kitting processes

+ Ability to lift and move materials safely

+ Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
