    Job Title: Extrusion Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Extrusion Machine Operators to join our team. This role offers competitive pay based on experience and opportunities across multiple shifts, each with its own differential pay. The position involves operating and maintaining extrusion equipment, ensuring high-quality production, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to train on the first shift.

    + Mechanically inclined.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or a related field.

    + Familiarity with extrusion processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Extrusion experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a temperature-controlled, clean, and well-lit environment with a spacious cafeteria-style breakroom. The position offers various shifts including 1st shift 7-330 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm with a 10% differential and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am with a 15% differential.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
