    Job Title: Quality Manager

    **Pay:** $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

    **Objective:** Functioning as representative for Plant's top-level management in all maintenance, support and continuous improvement matters related to the quality and environment management system.

    Description of Main Tasks:

    + Planning and coordination of Plant audit program (system, processes, product and customer audits).

    + As customer representative for Quality, implementing all customer specific as well as legal requirements to Quality and Environmental Management System.

    + Control of documents from QMS and EMS management handbook.

    + Regular monitoring and evaluation of all management handbook process performance by using process-oriented indicators.

    + Determining of quality targets and control of special characteristics.

    + Implementing and follow up of corrective and preventive actions when discrepancies within management system occur.

    + Ensuring of a frequently exercised reporting on an internal and external basis.

    + Control of all IATF certification processes.

    + Supporting all departments within organization in solving questions related to the qualitative and environmental management system.

    Additional Tasks:

    + EMS/maintaining and regular updating of legal register on plant level, including regular external re-qualification of local legal regulations. Training of applicable legal requirements within the related local organization and departments.

    + QMS/ implementation of customer specific requirements into the local Quality and Environmental System, including portals and requested applications, customer specific score cards.

    + Stop of particular production and delivery in case of quality risk to customer.

    Skills and Competencies:

    + Master's degree/diploma in Engineering or other technical studies.

    + About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector.

    + Sound and ready-to-use process skills even beyond the area of responsibility.

    + Independent conduction of workshops including the application of moderation-tools (agenda, time management) and pronounced presentation skills.

    + SAP and MS Office skills on an advanced independent user level.

    + Hands on mentality and strong communication skills.

    + English language on B1-B2 level (advanced- independent usage of language; is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently).

    + Local language on C1-C2 level (expert- nearly native knowledge; is able to express him/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
