    Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 1st Shift Replenisher Group Lead to join our Distribution Center in Jackson, TN. This position will be leading and training a team for replenishment.

    DUTIES:

    + Lead and train employees under the direction of the supervisor

    + Replenish inventory when needed

    + Return excess inventory back to reserve

    + Access WMS for replenishments

    + Create and run MS Access queries

    + Access AL to release flags, replenishments and wave inquiries

    + Ordering of split case supplies as needed

    + Comply to all safety policies and procedures

    + Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisor, manager and employees

    + Operate forklift equipment as needed.

    + Voice Pick books to fill customer orders, per established quota

    + OT as required by management

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + HS Diploma required

    + Experience with Voice Picking

    + Working knowledge of WMS, AL, MS Access

    + Excellent interpersonal skills

    + Excellent organization and communication skills

    + Able to lift 50 lbs.

    + Stand on feet for entire shift

    + Multi-task
