The Client Service Representative is responsible for measuring and satisfying Siemens Energy objectives and goals for quote and order cycle time, and pricing responsibility to meet the margin objectives of the Product Line as well as drive and improve Customer Service direct to customers. Responsible for preparing quotations/proposals and entering orders for replacement parts from inquires/orders received directly from customer or representative. Responsible for coordinating post order details between Manufacturing, Accounting, Engineering, Repair Operations and the customer to ensure on time shipments of orders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Prepare formal bids and proposals using existing systems to enter quotes and orders.

+ Participate in customer negotiations on pricing, delivery, and non-standard Terms and Conditions.

+ Initiate and review Engineering jobs based on client requirements and updates.

+ Oversee all quotes/orders, ensuring review, verification, pricing, delivery, margins, and handling of customer complaints.

+ Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing for new drawings, revisions, and alternative materials to address delivery issues.

+ Establish lead times and provide delivery alternatives through negotiations with planners, buyers, and manufacturing personnel.

What You Bring

+ An associate's degree or higher preferred, or at least 2 years of experience in a Client Facing Role. Thosewith more experience may be considered for a more senior level.

+ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

+ Knowledge of Siemens Energy businesses and customers.

+ Excellent organizational skills with precise attention to details.

+ Must be able to excel in a team setting working with various customers & other departments.

This job may be based in Olean or Painted Post New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position in Olean or Painted Post, New York is $77,200 - $88,800 and the annual incentive

target could be 10% of base salary.

Specific offers are

determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and

other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range,

though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
