    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform repairs and maintenance with speed and accuracy, following BMW and Lithia standards.

    + Diagnose vehicle issues and execute high-quality repairs.

    + Road-test vehicles to ensure flawless performance.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety standards.

    + Document all work performed and test results clearly and accurately.

    + Stay current with required training and certifications.

    + Communicate effectively with service staff and management.

    + Treat every customer vehicle with care and respect.

    What You Bring:

    + 3–5 years of automotive technical experience

    + Manufacturer certifications in key repair areas

    + Minimum 1 ASE certification (ASE Master Technician preferred)

    + Proven ability to perform:

    + Lube & Maintenance Services

    + Engine Repairs

    + Suspension/Steering Repairs

    + Brake Repairs

    + Heating & A/C Repairs (optional)

    + Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    + Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality
