What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and manage customer relations processes and team training

+ Partner with the GM to develop improvement plans and drive performance

+ Maintain accurate customer data to support engagement and retention

+ Stay up to date on product details, pricing, promotions, and campaigns

+ Boost appointments and satisfaction through inbound/outbound communication.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Customer service or call center leadership experience (automotive preferred)

+ Strong leadership and coaching skills

+ Clear communication, phone, and computer abilities

+ Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members

+ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
