    Here's What You Need

    Education

    * H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And

    * Other successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis within 90 days of hire Required

    Experience

    * 6 Months in dialysis, phlebotomy or CNA Required

    Licenses and Certifications

    * CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician 18 Months Required And

    * BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And

    * CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Required

    Skills

    * Basic computer competency to include knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel

    * Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills

    * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English instructions safety rules and guidelines.
