    Energy Analyst, Program Operations

     

    Are you interested in providing Program support for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services Division? You will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. The Analyst will be part of the North Central (Great Lakes) Sub-Region Operations team and work with a cross-functional team of program management, outreach, technical, and marketing personnel as well as actively lead project delivery, strategy, and market development efforts.

    What you will be doing:

    + Support tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple projects through Excel and other reporting tools.

    + Document operational processes and support the implementation of streamlined processes where applicable.

    + Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff have access to the latest versions of materials.

    + Support the preparation of internal and client presentations, reports, and other key deliverables across multiple projects.

    + Liaise with the IT Delivery team to coordinate, track, and resolve action items in an accurate and timely manner.

    + Coordinate with Program Managers and IT Business Analysts to create and review IT Delivery tickets in JIRA.

    + Ensure there is consistent and proper communication between the program and IT teams.

    + Follow up on tickets and communicate status updates to all teams.

    + Assist in testing IT Delivery tickets to ensure all requirements are met before deploying.

    + Lead weekly meetings with IT Business Analysts and program teams to review ticket statuses.

    + Troubleshoot IT Delivery requests when able, such as addressing quick fixes in Sightline Tracking.

    + Update program correspondence workflows in Sightline Tracking and correct issues when flagged.

    + Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed.

    What we need you to have (Minimum Qualifications)

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Environmental Science, or Economics or related subject (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)

    + 1+ year(s) of professional experience within energy, operational support, data analysis and/related experience

    What we would like you to have (Preferred Qualifications)

    + Knowledge of the utility and energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets

    + Experience working with internal IT teams

    + Project management and coordination experience

    Professional skills you will use:

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

    + Experience using Power BI, Tableau and other data visualization tools

    + Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

    + Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude

    + Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

    + Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients

    **Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

    The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

    $55,388.00 - $94,160.00
