We are seeking a **detail-oriented SOX Audit Specialist** to support our SOX program. This role is responsible for executing **key control testing** and maintaining thorough documentation across a variety of business processes.

This requires onsite presence in Greeley, CO.

+ Perform SOX testing procedures across key control areas, including Financial Close & Reporting, Entity-Level Controls and Accounts Payable

+ Review prior-year workpapers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current-year testing.

+ Identify and document control deficiencies, supporting remediation efforts as needed.

+ Collaborate effectively with process owners, internal audit, and external auditors to facilitate testing and issue resolution.

+ Maintain well-organized, clear, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with professional standards.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or related field.

+ Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

+ Manage a team of 4-5 people in SOX capacity

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $60-$75/hr. (DOE)
