Job Title: Transportation Compliance Auditor
Job Description
The Compliance Auditor is responsible for maintaining all compliance reports and updating driver status in the Transportation Management System (TMS) based on driver compliance. The role includes auditing and accepting compliance documents, updating changes on current drivers in TMS, processing and managing all Maintenance & Repair (M&R) reports for drivers, and completing or updating Driver Activity Center (DAC) reports monthly. Additionally, the auditor will complete and update terminated driver files.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain all compliance reports.
+ Update driver status in TMS based on compliance.
+ Audit and accept compliance documents.
+ Update changes on current drivers in TMS.
+ Process and manage all M&R reports for drivers.
+ Complete and update DAC reports monthly.
+ Complete and update terminated driver files.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in auditing, compliance, and internal audit processes.
+ Experience in managing compliance duties across operating companies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to assist with special Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) projects as needed.
+ Capability to serve as a back-up for other compliance functions.
Work Environment
The position requires onsite work, providing an engaging and collaborative environment where attention to detail is paramount. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and auditing standards are met.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
