    Job Title: Data Coordinator

    Work schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

    Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

     

    Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

    Requirements

    + Computer literate in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)

    + Experience with data analytics is a plus

    + Ability to understand and follow independently process instructions

    + Detail-oriented

    + Analytical thinking

    + Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Natural Sciences – Chemistry/Biology or Data Analytics)

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for change control process (initiation of raw material/perfume and formulation creations/updates in the internal system)

    + Clarification of discrepancies in case of need

    + Responsible for quality and completeness of the data

    + Handles issue resolutions in case of need
