    Staff Accountant (Part-Time, 24–30 hrs/wk)

     

    Salary Range: $24-$27 an hour

    What You’ll Do

    + Process accounts payable, including invoices, utilities, and credit card statements

    + Reconcile cash accounts monthly (7 accounts total)

    + Track and collect past-due rent payments

    + Support overall bookkeeping and financial operations

    + For all utility invoices, review each invoice and code for payment

    + Gain an understanding of the Hildebrand chart of accounts, programs and properties

    + Process and pay vendor invoices (AP) in Bill.com

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)

    + 1–3 years of accounting experience

    + Strong Excel/Word skills; Sage experience a plus

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

    + Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
