Program Manager
**Location:** Portland, Oregon
**Compensation:** $55-$60k/year
**Start Date:** Immediate
**Hours** : M-F 8-5

Position Overview
The Customer Program Manager will lead administration, infrastructure development, and process improvements for Just-In-Time Forward Stocking Location(s). This role ensures streamlined operations, organized facilities, and competent personnel while supporting strong internal and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Customer & Supplier Relations:** Continuously promote positive relationships to achieve optimal market exposure and partnership opportunities
+ **Inventory Strategy:** Direct program operations including inventory and stocking strategies for JIT locations to maintain optimal stock levels supporting contract requirements
+ **Workflow Management:** Develop pathways to facilitate consistent and timely inventory flow in response to customer specifications and delivery requirements
+ **Team Leadership:** Manage departmental staff to ensure high-level customer service toward established goals and objectives
+ **Staff Development:** Coordinate managerial support and guidance, providing clear administrative guidelines, work instructions, policies, and procedures
+ **Quality Compliance:** Implement, oversee, and document training for AS9100 requirements and Quality Work Instructions for existing and new process improvements
+ **Customer-Specific Requirements:** Ensure compliance with specialized customer requirements and maintain documentation standards
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, distribution, and inventory management
+ **Supply Chain Management** experience required
+ **Inventory Management** background essential
+ **Microsoft Excel** - advanced proficiency required
+ **Strong Communication Skills** and professional demeanor
+ **High Energy** approach to work and problem-solving
+ Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
+ Ability to pass physical examination and maintain clean driving record (DOT MVR)
