Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. Project Manager, Alt. Dist. & Affinity Partnerships will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of our emerging sales channels and community partnership programs. This individual will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless project execution, clear communication, and effective resource alignment across these two dynamic and interconnected areas. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional with a proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate cross-functional teamwork, and drive for results in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for enabling the Sales Operations Program Manager and the Community Partnerships & Development Program Manager to focus on their strategic objectives by providing robust project management support.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for key initiatives within emerging channels and community partnerships, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
+ Track project progress against established goals and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
+ Coordinate the execution of project tasks across various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Product, and Operations
+ Serve as a key liaison between the Sales Operations and Community Partnership teams to ensure alignment and synergy
+ Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear agendas, documenting key decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-through
+ Develop and distribute regular project status reports and performance dashboards to stakeholders, providing a consolidated view of progress across supported initiatives
+ Assist in the development and implementation of standardized processes and best practices for project management within the sales and partnership domains
+ Support the analysis of sales and program data, collaborating with the program managers to generate insights and identify areas for improvement
+ Manage the documentation and version control of project-related materials, including project plans, process flows, and presentations
+ Partner with technical teams to document requirements for enhancements to point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and other supporting technologies
+ Assist in coordinating the logistical aspects of new channel launches and partner onboarding, including inventory management and technology deployment
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ PMP Certification
+ 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a sales, marketing, or technology-driven environment
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
