Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Video Services Acquisition organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data-driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents and digital vendor partners to drive business growth. To be successful, you will need strong analytical skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a drive to deliver creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for our Growth Marketing team to support our marketing department and broader customer acquisition strategy for Sling TV, DISH TV & DISH Latino.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a cross-channel paid media acquisition strategy across digital display, CTV, OLV, and audio tactics, with a strong emphasis on digitally-native programmatic and direct IO buys
+ Cultivate strong relationships with external vendor and agency partners, collaborating to manage, execute, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns
+ Optimize monthly and quarterly media budgets for maximum ROI
+ Provide hands-on management of programmatic media across various DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, Amazon)
+ Support day-to-day trading efforts for a portfolio of accounts
+ Continuously optimize campaigns to profitably grow the business and achieve key KPIs, while managing KPI measurement for accurate, best-in-class reporting
+ Partner with external vendors and agencies to deliver weekly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports to senior leadership
+ Collaborate with external partners to identify and scale new opportunities
+ Identify A/B testing opportunities, manage reporting schedules and cadences, and monitor performance to optimize creative, segmentation, and merchandising
+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure precise targeting, personalized messaging, optimized landing page experiences, and measurable lift in acquisition, upsell, and retention performance
+ Unify campaigns with MarTech and AdTech ecosystem to deliver a seamless, conversion-focused customer journey from audience segmentation through offer redemption (e.g. utilizing CDP audience data, 1P/3P data insights, AI, dynamic creative optimization, etc.)
+ Assist with QA tag and pixel implementation, troubleshooting with IT, Ad-Ops, and external ad-serving platforms
+ Implement new technology partners, including cross-device tracking, third-party ad verification, and call tracking platforms
+ Collaborate cross-departmentally to gain product knowledge, develop trading strategies, and derive insights from campaign performance
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and launch go-to-market media strategies and campaigns across multiple lines of business
+ Work with creative and brand teams to develop messaging that effectively communicates DISH & Sling’s unique value proposition to potential subscribers and upsells current customers
+ Provide support across other marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, eCommerce, Affiliate, Device & TV) as needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing; at least 3 years of programmatic and 2 years of CTV experience preferred
+ Hands-on-keyboard DSP experience (preferably TTD, DV360, Yahoo and Amazon)
+ Experience measuring ad effectiveness across web and app ecosystems; MMP experience a plus
+ Track record of delivering profitable digital marketing results (e.g. ROI, ROMI, ROAS, CPA, CLV)

+ Ability to work effectively and in an error-free manner under tight time constraints
+ Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
+ Ability to thrive within the constantly-changing digital landscape, with a finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends
+ Ability to use research to understand brands and the competitive landscape and use those learnings to create compelling campaign and creative concepts
+ Strong analytical skills, both qualitative & quantitative; ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
