As a crucial member of our service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing issues and performing repairs to keep our customers on the road in style and comfort. With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, you will ensure that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Efficiently diagnose and repair a range of complex mechanical issues in Mercedes vehicles.

+ Perform work on the repair order with precision, adhering to Rallye Mercedes and manufacturer standards.

+ Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any additional repairs needed and communicating with service advisors.

+ Collaborate with the Parts Department to procure necessary parts.

+ Document all services performed clearly and accurately.

+ Take vehicles for road tests when required to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.

$30 to $50 hourly plus aggressive Step Bonus Program

Requirements

+ A valid New York State Driver’s License.

+ NYS Inspector's License is required.

+ Prior experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes vehicles.

+ Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity.

+ Proficiency with shop equipment, including diagnostic tools and alignment systems.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical information and repair orders.
