We have an opportunity for a **1.0** FTE surgical pathologist physician in desirable **Seattle,** Washington. Join the Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC) division of pathology and laboratory medicine with a regional and national reputation for excellence in patient care.

    Aspects of the Surgical Pathologist Physician role;

    + **Position information;** Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle WA is recruiting for a board certified or board eligible pathologist to join our subspecialist team of pathologists. AP or AP/CP pathology with subspecialty fellowship training in head and neck pathology or gynecologic/cytopathology is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a busy pathology practice with a complex case mix, strong interdepartmental relationships, and multispecialty physician support including a comprehensive cancer center. The practice consists of general surgical pathology with opportunities for clinical pathology service and clinical research depending on interest.

    Job Requirements

    BE/BC Surgical Pathologist.

     

    + Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington

    + AP/CP or AP Pathologist with a strong surgical pathology background and subspecialty training in head and neck pathology or gynecologic/cytopathology is desired.

    Pay Range

    $145.00 - $188.00/hour
