Join our team as a Data Visualization Associate and help shape management decisions through impactful business analysis and project management. You'll have the opportunity to drive structure and discipline around key initiatives, supporting career growth and skill development.
As a Data Visualization Associate within our team, you will drive structure and discipline around each initiative using standard project deliverables and frameworks. You will establish scope, perform detailed business impact analysis, and support management decisions. You will define roles and responsibilities, document requirements, resolve resource conflicts, and manage changes to project scope. You will lead meetings at both operational and project levels, provide continuous feedback on project status, and serve as the escalation point to ensure project success.
Collaborate with business partners to design and implement process enhancements, introduce new toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering. Your contributions will strengthen business operating models, enhance client experiences, and improve efficiency and controls.
Job Responsibilities
+ Drive project analysis, document business requirements, detail issues and risks, and draft business processes and data flows
+ Perform data analysis, collect and synthesize data, and translate results into actionable solutions
+ Identify gaps between requirements and current procedures or controls and drive resolution
+ Collaborate with business partners to design and implement process enhancements and engage in process re-engineering
+ Develop and implement solutions to enhance client experience and improve efficiency
+ Define user acceptance test plans, coordinate testing, and communicate results
+ Provide implementation support and ensure implementations meet requirements
+ Evaluate existing processes, challenge the status quo, and recommend enhancements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Three years' business analysis experience
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools
+ Excel: Perform data analysis, create complex spreadsheets, and utilize advanced functions
+ PowerPoint: Design presentations to effectively communicate project status and findings
+ Ability to collect, synthesize, and translate data into actionable insights
+ Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex business processes and data flows
+ Proficient in SQL and Tableau
+ Experience in documenting business requirements, identifying issues and risks, and drafting business processes
+ Ability to define user acceptance test plans, coordinate testing, and communicate results
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Experience in designing and implementing process enhancements and engaging in process re-engineering
+ Ability to evaluate existing processes, challenge the status quo, and recommend enhancements
+ Python proficiency
+ Skill in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and visual representations of business processes using Visio
