Job Description

+ Will be responsible for overseeing all manual data processes within Charge Entry & Claims Submissions processes.

+ Create weekly and monthly charge reports from data that is generated by internal system.

+ All instructions will be provided and the report is built the same way each time - must know how to pay attention to what they're doing and know where things break down

+ Will manipulate the data in a way that it can then be submitted into a claim. This is a complex process - moving data from multiple places, identifying patterns, combining sheets, applying formulas and conditional formatting

+ The heavy bulk of this data manipulation is done in Excel.

+ Match values between separate data sets in excel- you have 2 large data sets and you have to see if the data exists in both sets, combining data into 1 sheet, applying formulas to create unique values within that set to check across different systems.

+ They download the charge file in a raw form and generates 30K lines in Excel - then they have to ID situations where there are inaccuracies, data missing, and be able to move those lines across

+ Be able to open up an excel formula that they didn't write themselves and follow the logic on why it was created

+ This role requires problem solving - can they figure out what data point is missing based on guidelines

+ Once the data is cleaned up, the claims submissions process is heavily automated

+ This is a high volume role but accuracy and the larger data manipulation process matters most - they need to be very analytical and thoughtful, that's more highly weighted than high volume processing

Qualifications

+ Data migration & data processing - must have worked heavily in EXCEL as primary function in their last roles

+ Must be able to receive raw data set and make it manageable to use themselves, without training or process from leadership. this includes formulas, conditional formatting, referencing multiple sheets to update information

+ Very tech savvy - multiple systems at once, very comfortable with MS office and setting up their own computers and managing their systems remotely from home

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
