What You’ll DoCustomer Support

+ Be the go-to expert for operational and technical support, ensuring customers get the most out of their equipment.

+ Lead engaging operator training sessions both onsite and at customer facilities.

+ Provide responsive, phone-based technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

+ Collaborate with customers on-site to develop optimized application processes that enhance machine performance.

Sales Support

+ Partner with our sales team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase our solutions.

+ Conduct hands-on machine demos during customer visits and industry trade shows.

+ Process machine samples to support new customer acquisition and product evaluation.

+ Innovate by developing cutting techniques for new product models, contributing directly to product development.

What You Bring

+ A strong foundation in customer service and sales support

+ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

+ Solid technical aptitude and a knack for solving problems

+ Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

+ Familiarity with CNC machinery and manufacturing processes

+ Willingness to travel to customer sites and events

Experience Level

Intermediate – You’ve got some experience under your belt and are ready to take it to the next level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
