What You’ll Do:

+ Lead Linux Operations: Own the administration, configuration, and security of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 9) and other Linux systems (Ubuntu, legacy CentOS).

+ Automate Everything: Drive automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, and tools like Ansible to streamline patching, hardening, and deployment.

+ Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with VMware, EMC, and Pure Storage teams to ensure seamless Linux integration across platforms.

+ Innovate with Data: Contribute to exciting projects like Grok Stream, leveraging Red Hat for advanced data parsing and analytics.

+ Modernize Infrastructure: Upgrade legacy systems and implement best practices for scalability and security.

What You Bring:

+ Deep expertise in Red Hat Linux administration

+ Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar automation tools

+ Experience with security hardening and automated patching

+ Bonus: Familiarity with Ansible, Ubuntu, and CentOS migrations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
