Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required

Overview:

You'll play a vital role in supporting patients and families during critical moments. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring compassion, resilience, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be trained across three core registration areas:

+ Quick Book Registration:

+ Initial check-in for walk-in patients.

+ Collect basic demographic info (Name, DOB).

+ No insurance verification; patients proceed directly to triage.

+ Minor Care Registration:

+ Bedside registration for patients with minor conditions.

+ Includes insurance verification, co-pay collection, authorization entry, and billing inquiries.

+ Accurate data entry and documentation using computerized systems.

+ Main Treatment Area Registration:

+ Full bedside registration for more serious cases.

+ Same process as Minor Care, with heightened attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
