Summary The Information Technology (Full Stack Identity Architect) position is in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, Department of Technology Services (DTS), Systems Development and Support Office (SDSO). The incumbent is a specialist in identity, credential, and access management systems. The incumbent will perform various duties under the direction and guidance of the Chief, Local Services Branch. Responsibilities The Full Stack Identity Architect is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining the Judiciary's Identity, Credential, and Access Management Systems. This role encompasses tasks in software development, integration, project management, and architectural design tailored for the Judiciary's unique needs across on-prem and cloud environments. The duties of the position may include, but are not limited to: Architecting, designing, and ensuring the implementation of robust ICAM solutions tailored for the Judiciary's unique needs both on-premise and in cloud-based multi-tenant environments. Collaborating with software developers and IT Specialist for the seamless integration of ICAM solutions. Supporting the Judiciary by providing technical product documentation. Ensuring all ICAM solutions are secure, resilient, and adhere to approved policies. Requirements Conditions of Employment CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT All information is subject to verification. You will be required to serve a trial period if selected for a first-time appointment to the Federal government, transferring from another Federal agency, or serving as a first-time supervisor. If appointed to a temporary position, management may have the discretion of converting the position to permanent depending upon funding and staffing allocation. Qualifications Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in ALL the following areas: Designing and building Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems; Addressing security and operational needs ensuring architectural integrity; Integrating ICAM solutions in complex IT environments.
