    About the role

     

    As an **SAP HXM (SuccessFactors) Tester** , you will make an impact by enabling digital HR transformation through SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support. You will be a valued member of the HR Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across core HR processes (Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.)

    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and map them to appropriate SAP HXM/SuccessFactors modules

    • Configure and maintain Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, Organizational Management, MDF objects, picklists, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions

    • Implement and support Talent Management modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding

    • Validate integrations for Time Off, Benefits, and Payroll, ensuring compliance and alignment with downstream systems

    • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity across modules

    • Develop and execute test strategies for functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles

    • Manage defects using tools like Solution Manager, HP ALM, or JIRA

    • Prepare user documentation, configuration workbooks, and process flows; deliver end-user training

    • Provide post-go-live support including hypercare, quarterly release testing, and continuous enhancements

    What you need to have to be considered:

    • Proven experience in SAP HXM/SuccessFactors implementations across core HR processes

    • Hands-on configuration expertise in Employee Central and Talent Management modules

    • Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements

    • Experience with integration validation and data migration activities

    • Proficiency in defect management and testing tools

    • Excellent documentation and training skills

    These will help you stand out:

    • Experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations

    • Familiarity with compliance requirements in HR systems

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules

     

    Salary and Other Compensation

     

    Applications will be accepted until October 8th, 2025.

     

    The annual salary for this position is between $44,834 to $86,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
