About the role
The **AI Implementation Specialist** is responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions into business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and business processes to ensure AI-driven solutions meet organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, IT and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful AI implementations.
In this role, you will:
+ AI Solution Deployment:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI integration.
+ Lead the implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and automation systems.
+ Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing systems and processes.
+ Project Management:
+ Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for AI initiatives.
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time
+ delivery.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
+ Data Management and Preparation:
+ Work with data stewards and leads to collect, clean, and preprocess data required for AI solutions.
+ Ensure data quality and integrity for training and testing AI models.
+ Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
+ Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and ensure they meet predefined KPIs.
+ Optimize models and systems based on real-world feedback and evolving business needs.
+ Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements as necessary.
+ Training and Support:
+ Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders on AI tools and systems.
+ Act as a point of contact for technical support and queries related to AI implementations.
+ Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
+ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices.
+ Recommend and implement improvements to existing AI systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
+ Compliance and Ethical Considerations:
+ Ensure AI implementations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
+ Address potential biases in AI models and promote fairness and transparency.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an **onsite** position requiring **5** days a week in a client or Cognizant office in **St. Louis, Missouri** .
What you need to have to be considered
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks.
+ Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
+ Knowledge of databases, data pipelines, and APIs for system integration. ·
+ Soft Skills:
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
+ Effective time management and prioritization skills.
+ Experience:
+ 2+ years of experience in implementing AI/ML solutions or related roles.
+ Hands-on experience in end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring.
+ Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
