    Evening Shift Manager – Surgical Services

     

    Schedule: Evening Shift 12:30-9:00pm Reports To: Senior Director of Surgical Services

Join our team as the Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.

    Job Summary:

    + Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.

    + Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.

    + Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.

    + Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.

    + Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure required.

    + Active BLS certification.

    + ACLS Required

    + CNOR Preferred

    + Proven experience in Surgical Services.

    + Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

    + Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

    + Proficient in computer systems and healthcare technologies.
