    About the role

     

    As a **Business Systems Analyst – Clinical Applications Support** , you will make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation and support of critical clinical systems, including eCC and eCF applications. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare IT Support team and work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and application vendors to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

    In this role, you will:

    + Provide application support for eCC and eCF platforms, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve clinical system issues related to patient data, treatment orders, and lab results.

    + Monitor and manage interface errors using tools like Soarian Interface Error Viewer (SIEV).

    + Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to maintain and improve integrated patient care applications.

    + Coordinate change management activities, including deployments and hotfixes, using tools such as Flosum.

    Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a **hybrid position** requiring **2–3 days a week** in a client or Cognizant office in Lexington, MA.     What you need to have to be considered

    + Strong product knowledge of eCC (eCube Clinicals) and experience supporting eCF applications.

    + 10+ years of experience in clinical application support within regulated healthcare environments.

    + Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management and issue resolution.

    + Experience with Soarian Clinicals, CareTeamHub, and Salesforce platforms.

    + Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and best practices in handling patient data.

    These will help you stand out

    + Experience as a Change Coordinator or similar role in managing application deployments.

    + Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, and Apple device configuration.

    + Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business and IT needs.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $63,000 to $99,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
