Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD and Active VOS as well as a strong understanding of MDM Architecture and Hub Console. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities

+ **Lead the design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.**

+ **Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives.**

+ **Provide technical expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD to optimize data management processes.**

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications.**

+ **Ensure the effective use of Informatica Active VOS for process automation and workflow management.**

+ **Develop and enforce best practices for MDM Hub Console usage to enhance system performance.**

+ **Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to MDM implementations ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.**

+ **Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.**

+ **Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.**

+ **Monitor and report on the progress of MDM projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.**

+ **Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the MDM landscape and drive innovation.**

+ **Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.**

+ **Contribute to the strategic planning of MDM initiatives to support the companys growth and success.**

Qualifications

+ **Possess a deep understanding of Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD and Active VOS.**

+ **Demonstrate expertise in MDM Architecture and Hub Console.**

+ **Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain is advantageous.**

+ **Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.**

+ **Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.**

+ **Display a proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.**

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until Nov 1** **st** **, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
