    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Continuously improve, develop and adjust the Schaeffler production system (SPS) for the assigned part of the organization.

    + Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.

    + Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions.

    + Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.

    + Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.

    Your Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 5 years of experience or Master's degree in an engineering related field and 2 years of experience.

    + Experience with manufacturing processes and capacity planning.

    + Continuous improvement mindset.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong presentation skills.

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

    + SAP software experience.

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
