CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an HR Specialist.

_Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Hemlock, MI_

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm

**Education:** Associate’s degree preferred, HS Diploma required

Description

The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for new production employees. This individual will be responsible for providing direct support to candidates, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining accurate records throughout the onboarding journey. The position requires exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

+ Proactively call candidates to confirm onboarding details and provide updates.

+ Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.

+ Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive candidate experience.

+ Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to support the onboarding process.

Requirements

+ Associate’s degree preferred, HS Diploma required.

+ Experience in customer service, HR support, or onboarding coordination.

+ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

+ Proficiency with computers and HR systems.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; self-starter with the ability to work independently.
