• Technical Targeting Officer

    Amentum (Falls Church, VA)


    **Amentum** is seeking **Technical Targeting Officers** to support our Client in the Northern Virginia area. This position represents multiple openings. The position level is contingent on applicant specific qualifications and experience.

     

    This posting is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. While this position may not be immediately open, we are actively gathering interest for upcoming roles and future growth.

     

    Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-20+ years of relevant professional experience

    + Ability to identify and assess the right entities and the right vulnerabilities and technology trends to enable new collection operations

    + Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings

    + Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and some technical expertise

    + Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations

    + Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases and specialized tools

    + Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices

    + Formal training or certification as a Technical Targeter

    + Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
