    Job Summary

    Provide daily support to Sales Department with initial preparation of quote packages from customers. Initial quote packages reviewed with blueprint and shop capability knowledge along with ERP systems, excel and outlook.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Pull quote requests from customer websites or emails.

    + Build review packages and forward to Engineering, Purchasing and Customer Service for review.

    + Blueprint knowledge and experience to review customer quote requests.

    + Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.

    + Organizational skills.

    + ERP System knowledge and experience, specifically Epicor.

    + Knowledge of manufacturing and machine capabilities.

    Skills and Qualifications

    + 3-5 years of applicable manufacturing experience, required.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong customer focused communication skills.

    + High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

    O'Neal Manufacturing Services is located right off of Highway 20 in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park. We use fiber and CO2 lasers to cut metal. We also offer advanced manufacturing processes such as: MIG/TIG Welding, machining and laser welding, forming, machining and assembly.
