As a Machine Operator Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality standards. You will play a vital role in supporting the production team and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Operations Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Fombell, PA location on a On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that machinery operates smoothly, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.
+ Strong knowledge of machine operations and safety protocols.
+ Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in using manufacturing software and machinery control systems.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
+ Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
