We are currently seeking a **high-performing Paralegal** with **exceptional drafting and writing experience** , especially in pleadings and motions, to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

As a critical member of our team, you’ll provide direct support to attorneys on a range of family law matters, with a strong emphasis on **legal drafting** and **client communication** .

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other documents with precision

+ Coordinate hearings, mediations, and deadlines with keen attention to detail

+ Maintain and manage case files; ensure timely filings with Utah courts

+ Assist attorneys with trial prep, calendaring, and client updates

+ Conduct legal research and support ongoing case management

+ Provide professional, empathetic communication to clients during emotionally sensitive matters

What We’re Looking For

+ 3–5+ years of Paralegal experience (family law strongly preferred)

+ Demonstrated strength in legal writing and document drafting

+ Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven

+ Familiarity with Utah court systems and e-filing procedures is a plus

+ Tech-savvy and confident using legal billing and office software

+ Professional, emotionally intelligent, and client-focused
