_**Applicants must live within 60 miles of Midvale, UT, and be able to work at least 2 pre-scheduled days in the office per week**_

As a **Hybrid** **Customer Service Specialist,** you will support our valued policyholders and business partners with questions, updates, and changes. You will also work hands-on with new business applications and renewals using a cutting-edge policy system to ensure risk eligibility and support underwriting activities, gaining real experience that matters in the workplace.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to business partners and policy holders

+ Ensure all clients receive top-notch customer service

+ Navigate new business applications and renewals on policy system

+ Collaborate with team members to assist in complex customer requests

+ Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

+ **Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience**

+ Professional and friendly attitude

+ Ability to apply business rules to make sound decisions on potential property risks

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven success in a fast-paced / multi-task work environment

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Proactive problem-solving skills
