    In this role, you will be integral in ensuring appropriate global Engineering Teamcenter PLM- infrastructure, server administration and support to provide optimal performance and availability of Teamcenter PLM used across Aerospace business.

     

    You will Support Honeywell Teamcenter PLM and Engineering tools with the responsibility for deploying and administering Teamcenter PLM and Engineering tools processes to a various Engineering teams. The Teamcenter PLM technical administrator will also support tool roadmaps to define a long-term vision for PLM tools.

     

    You will report directly to our Sr. Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Clearwater, FL or Torrance, CA office location on a Hybrid work schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Administer and maintain Teamcenter PLM infrastructure to ensure stability, availability, and performance for global engineering teams.

    + Deploy, upgrade, and support Teamcenter PLM environments, integrations, and related engineering tools.

    + Monitor system health, manage resources, and implement backup, recovery, and optimization processes.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, coordinating with global teams for timely resolution.

    + Contribute to the PLM roadmap by identifying opportunities for system improvements and process enhancements.

     

    Phoenix, AZ & Torrance, CA: US PERSON REQUIREMENT

    Clearwater, FL: US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT

     

    Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 5+ years of experience with Teamcenter PLM Server Administration experience and DB administration experience

    + Ability to effectively coordinate and work with global team

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in lieu of a degree, experience within a similar role in this field.

    + Teamcenter Infra and DBA skillsets – Servers administration and health monitoring

    + Deployment of custom template, binaries, schema, client (OTW/Thin), T4S, TCRA

    + Tc 2-Tier, 4-Tier Client maintenance, Tc Multi-site connectivity

    + Performing Tc upgrade installation (AIX and Windows)

    + Tc interfaces / communication protocols

    + Tc interface for CAD applications such as NX, Mentor, CREO

    + Tc troubleshooting, admin and UNIX, SQL

    + Cron jobs set-up and monitoring

    + Deployment and Support of Active Workspace

    + Teamcenter Volume disk space management, clean up and back up mechanisms

    + Server load Monitoring and Control

    + Cache/Volume (remote) installation

    + Scripting Language TCL, Shell, Managing Java installations

    + Strong problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management with little supervision

    + Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done

    + Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio

    + Solid understanding of IT issue escalation and resolution processes

    COMPENSATION

    The annual base salary range for this position in Torrance, CA is $159K-$199K. For Minneapolis, MN the range is $138K-$173K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
