As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mechanical Systems & Components (MSC) business unit in Greer, South Carolina. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our MSC business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
+ Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role
+ Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
+ Experience leading a team of technicians
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
+ Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
+ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
