Credit and Collections Analyst VIAJP00001393 * Hourly pay: $23/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Nashville, TN 37201 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Wednesdays (Subject to change as per business needs)) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, * 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension A leading digital streaming network seeks a multi-tasking and organized Credit and Collections Analyst who can adapt to transformation and evolving changes. The successful candidate will be working in a complex environment with executive leadership, evaluating and analyzing financial information to assess the creditworthiness of individuals or companies. Credit and Collections Analyst Responsibilities: * Contribute to maintaining a balanced and healthy credit portfolio, supporting the organization's financial goals and media-related ventures. * Partner with Data Governance, providing direction on Customer Setups. * Prepare payment trend reports. * Monitor deals in the sales system by lifting and replacing holds. * Serve as backup to the senior credit manager & Senior Analyst as needed. * Assist the collection team on collection issues daily. * Maintain the SharePoint website. * Set up credit files and send applications to an outside payment vetting service. * Provide guidance/training on credit processes to ensure alignment with Global Credit Policy. Credit and Collections Analyst Qualifications: * 1-2 years of credit or related experience. * Bachelor's degree in finance or business. * Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related preferred. * Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle E1 is a plus. * Experience in the media industry is a plus. * Experience in a multi-location company. * Experience in credit risk management is a plus. * Ability to think outside of the box, act quickly, and be a self-starter. * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related field is preferred. * Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred * Experience in Credit Risk Management is a plus. * Experience with ERP systems, SAP & Oracle E1 is a plus. * Experience in Media Industry is a plus. * Experience in Credit Risk Management is a plus. Shift: * 8 am to 5 pm. * Flexibility to start earlier or later based on traffic patterns, while still completing a standard 8-hour workday. (H)
