    Salary: $2240 / Week

     
     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with Canton Public Schools to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with behavioral needs and collaborate with a passionate team of educators and support staff.

     
     

    + Location: Canton, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm

    + Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    + Pay Rate: up to $70/hr, based on experience

     
     

    + Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

    + Provide direct and consultative support to staff working with students with behavioral challenges

    + Train and supervise paraprofessionals and ABA technicians

    + Monitor and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions

    + Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to promote student success

    ? Ideal Candidate Qualifications

    + Active BCBA certification

    + Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings

    + Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

    + Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

    + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
