    Salary: $2000 / Week

     
     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with Walpole Public Schools to hire a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year. If you're passionate about student health and wellness, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.

     
     

    + Location: Walpole, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    + Duration: 13 week contract with likelihood of extension

    + Pay Rate: Competitive, up to $60hour - based on experience

     
     

    + Provide direct care to students including first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition management

    + Monitor and manage student health records and immunizations

    + Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being

    + Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate protocols

    + Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community

    ? Ideal Candidate Qualifications

    + Active MA RN or LPN license

    + Experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings preferred

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations

    + Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy school environment

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment

    + Bachelor's Degree, preferred

    + School Nurse Certification as required by state or contract

    + One year of school nursing, public health or pediatric experience, preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
