RN - Post Acute Rehab
Requirement: At least 1 year experience in post-acute rehab
Schedule: Full-time; 36 hours/week
Hours: 12hr shifts; 7-7

This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting. Nurses support patients recovering from serious medical conditions such as strokes, spinal cord injuries, joint replacements, and neurological disorders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist patients in regaining functional skills through activities of daily living (ADLs)
+ Follow established rehabilitation protocols for conditions like stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, and joint replacements
+ Conduct comprehensive assessments
+ Administer medications and monitor vital signs
+ Deliver skilled nursing care based on individualized plans
+ Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
+ Ensure coordinated and seamless patient care
+ Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and medication administration
