Behavior Technician – Be the Reason a Student Thrives ???

Are you someone who finds purpose in helping others grow? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll be at the heart of a student’s daily success—providing hands-on support, structure, and encouragement to those with special needs.

From guiding routines to reinforcing positive behaviors, your role helps shape a safe and empowering classroom where every student has the chance to shine. If you’re dependable, patient, and driven by meaningful work, this opportunity is calling your name.

Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

+ Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans

+ Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

+ Helping create a calm, consistent, and uplifting learning environment

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Competitive pay: $24–$27/hour

+ School-based schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

+ Weekly pay and immediate start
