• Shipping Verification Representative

    We have an outstanding Contract position for aShipping Verification Representativeto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TXsurrounding area.

     

    The Shipping Verification Representative is responsible for obtaining necessary information to verify and update all shipping information for patients.

    Responsibilities :

    + Outbound/Inbound calls to/from patients, practices, sales support, and sales force to obtain missing or incomplete information

    + Release orders for shipment once all prerequisites are met

    + Verification with practice on early termination of study and extension of studies

    + Correspond with other departments to ensure that practice information is entered in 2.0

    + Correct patient demographic information and add all special request notes to patient orders

    + Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    Desired Qualifications :

    + Proven demonstrated abilities in a multi-tasked, Windows-based computer environment

    + Must be able to handle a high volume of work

    + Control confidential information

    + High attention to detail

    + Excellent phone and customer service skills

    + Ability to retain information that is job-specific such as current policies and procedures

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Bilingual a plus
