Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain standardized and custom business intelligence dashboards and analytical applications throughout the company

• Design data analysis frameworks and ETL processes that will support daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting and executive dashboards

• Work with enterprise database teams to ensure data is accurate and liaise with technical teams to close the gap on data quality and enhance portfolio of data available

• Ensure consistent approach to sales reporting including report presentation, data consistency, communication and delivery

• Identify data requirements for report requests. Includes identifying data mapping and definitions required to fulfill requests

• Work with eCommerce data platforms to engineer data sources for digital and customer analytics

• Understand business intelligence tools and drive consistent usage and understanding of report delivery tools

• Analyze and present data to high level decision-makers throughout the company

• Administer our cloud and server environments including user access, data objects, permission setups and reporting schedules

• Provide training in support of dashboards and business intelligence tools

Education, Experience, Skills:

• 5+ years of work experience overall with a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree

• 3 years of experience working with data in a complex data warehousing and database environments such as Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, and SQL Server, understanding underlying data structures and upstream data sources

• 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing and deploying processes & reports utilizing Tableau, Alteryx, Looker or similar

• Strong technical skills: Required SQL, data science techniques, and data engineering

• Python, R, or SAS experience strongly preferred

• Understanding of common retail metrics and/or e-commerce analytics preferred

• Alteryx Core or Advanced Certification preferred

• Diverse knowledge of query languages such as Salesforce SOQL, SnowSQL, and IBM DB2

• API development
