About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated AI Tools Expert to champion approved AI tools such as Intelligent Chat and Copilot. This role will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding responsible and confident adoption of these tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and responsible use.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Act as the SME and champion for approved AI tools, providing guidance, training, and support.

+ Develop and share best practices, guardrails, and responsible use guidelines for AI tools.

+ Showcase successful use cases and demonstrate productivity benefits.

+ Collaborate with technical teams and end-users to gather feedback and optimize deployment strategies.

+ Drive responsible, confident adoption of AI tools, ensuring compliance with governance and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical background or experience with AI tools preferred.

+ Proven expertise in AI tools, digital platforms, or related technologies.

+ Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

+ Passion for responsible innovation and productivity through AI.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $276,000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following: Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: – Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year – Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year – Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year – Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
