Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department during a short-term project. This role will focus on data entry and file migration tasks to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient handling of HR records. The assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform accurate and timely data entry of HR information into designated systems.
+ Assist with migrating employee files from paper-based or legacy systems to digital platforms.
+ Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and sensitive information.
+ Organize and audit files to ensure completeness and accuracy before migration.
+ Collaborate with HR team members to meet project deadlines and milestones.
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in HR administration, office administration, or data entry preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems a plus.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
Schedule & Duration:
+ Full-time, temporary role (approx. 2 months).
+ Standard weekday schedule; some flexibility may be required to meet project goals.
